Richard Coates, Middle East Representative, graduated in PPE and has a BLitt in Industrial relations from Oxford. His
career has alternated between corporate Human Resources roles at British Airways & Hewlett Packard, and extensive business and HR
consultancy across a wide range of industry sectors and geographies. Richard is based in Dubai, having lived and worked in the Middle East
for the past six years, following 10 years of working in the region from a UK base.
